In response to the Corporate Transparency Act that came into effect January 1st, we are proud to announce the launch of Capitol Services’ Business Compliance Manager (CapitolBCM). This secure platform serves as a safe and direct pathway for submitting the required reports with FinCEN and retaining all of your sensitive beneficial ownership information (BOI) related data.
Companies formed before January 1, 2024, will have one year to file their initial reports with FinCEN. We are now ready to receive your BOI reports for filings and encourage you to file earlier to avoid any late-in-the-year rush. After any initial report filing, companies have 30 calendar days to report changes or inaccuracies to their previously filed information. Companies formed after January 1, 2025, will have 30 calendar days to file their initial reports.
