All federal offices will be closed on December 25 and January 1. In addition, states nationwide will maintain varying schedules surrounding the Christmas and New Year holidays. Some states (including the Texas Secretary of State) will only be open a handful of days in the final stretch of the year. Please consider limited filing office hours when planning your last-minute submissions for 2023. Office closures may also occur with little to no notice during this time; we encourage you to visit here often for the most up-to-date information that we’ve received regarding these closures.
