The state of Delaware is closed today, January 19, due to inclement weather. They will not be accepting filing submissions today, however, we will be able to request the January 19 file date upon their re-opening by utilizing their extraordinary event waiver. Note that this option excludes UCC filings; if your UCC filing needs today’s date it will need to be submitted electronically via e-filing. Good standings, certified and plain copies, and UCC searches will be able to be processed today.
